Trophy Hunting Fees
Our lodging includes private or shared rooms, couples have the option of a King sized bed with private bath and walk-in closet if they wish. Lodging includes all meals, onsite laundry, and both private and shared bath facilities.
We accept all Forms of payment: Check, Cash, Wire Transfer, CashApp & Credit Cards. All deposits are nonrefundable. (CREDIT CARD FEE- 3.5%)
A minimum of 30 days written notice must be given for cancellations and rescheduling.
Otherwise, deposits will be forfeited. All no-shows will be billed in full. Please have stand-ins available. You are responsible for the dates reserved for you. If you choose to leave early, you still pay for all days reserved on schedule.
Deposits are NONREFUNDABLE.
